EXCHANGE AND RETURNS OF PRODUCTS 

Within a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order, the customer may request MONTENAPOLEONE BRANDS to return or exchange the product(s) purchased.

First, the customer must send a request of return/exchange by email to the address info@montenapoleonebrands.com

When the return request is validated by MONTENAPOLEONE BRANDS, the item should be sent back to MONTENAPOLEONE BRANDS and the shipping fees to return the product(s) are to be borne by the customer.

The return or exchange is at the risk of the customer. The product(s) must be returned within a week of approval for refund in its original packaging as well as original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, and with its anti-counterfeit label) to the following address:

If the product(s) is not returned by the customer within one week of approval for refund, the refund process will be considered canceled by MONTENAPOLEONE BRANDS and the customer must keep the product(s).

The returned product(s) will be refunded within a maximum of fifteen (15) days of its receipt by MONTENAPOLEONE BRANDS. The credited amount will be reimbursed to the bank account of the customer.

The return costs are at the customer's expense unless MONTENAPOLEONE BRANDS delivered a damaged or different item.

Upon non-compliance of such conditions by the customer, MONTENAPOLEONE BRANDS will not proceed with the refund of the product(s) concerned.
